What is AlmaOS?+
Your AI cofounder: it turns calls, chats, documents, meetings and decisions into a living memory of your business you can query in plain language, with sources attached.
Do I have to change how I work?+
No. AlmaOS connects what you already use — email, documents, calls, chats — and builds memory in the background. It doesn't ask you to migrate anything or document.
How is it different from ChatGPT or Copilot?+
Generic AI starts from zero every day and doesn't know you. AlmaOS remembers every decision, client and deal, knows the why, and answers with your judgment and the source — not a plausible summary.
Your data & privacy
Where is my data?+
Hosted on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). It never leaves EU territory or passes through third parties outside the GDPR.
Do you train AI models on my data?+
Never. Your information feeds neither our models nor third parties'. Your knowledge is yours.
Is it GDPR-compliant? I handle sensitive data.+
